Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive psychological evaluation:
Can be useful for clients who may suspect specific diagnoses (such as ADHD, mood or anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality concerns, and more). Comprehensive evaluation supports clients in mental health diagnosis and treatment planning recommendations. It can help clients gain a better understanding of their socio-emotional and cognitive strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as empower clients with clinical documentation regarding mental health diagnoses. I provide comprehensive ADHD testing as well as Comprehensive diagnostic testing for non-neuro-developmental concerns.
Specific Condition Testing:
If you are seeking testing for a specific mental health condition (e.g., OCD), the cost ranges from $350-600. This includes:
- Testing
- Feedback meeting
- Brief letter with results and care suggestions
Differential Diagnosis Testing:
For those needing a comprehensive assessment for multiple diagnostic possibilities, the cost ranges from $650-900. This service includes:
- Longer testing period
- Questionnaires
- Clinical interview
- Self-report forms
- Feedback session
- Report with diagnosis and treatment recommendations
Adult Autism Testing:
- Only Autism Testing (no ADHD or learning disability concerns): Cost ranges from $2,500-2850 (depending on various factors, including involvement of additional others via specialized clinical interview)
This assessment includes measures of cognitive functioning and focuses on Autism/developmental history. Does not include ADHD testing. Testing includes an intake, 3-4 hour testing day, and numerous follow up meetings, plus feedback with written report.
- Full Autism Evaluation + ADHD (for individuals ages 12+): Cost ranges from $3,000-3200 (depending on various factors, including involvement of additional others via specialized clinical interview)
This assessment includes measures of cognitive and brief academic achievement, screens for learning concerns (not formal diagnostic testing for LDs), and evaluates for ADHD, as many individuals on the autism spectrum may also exhibit ADHD symptoms.
- Adult Autism Evaluation + ADHD with Learning Disorder Testing: Cost ranges from $3250-3600 (depending on various factors, including involvement of additional others via specialized clinical interview)
For folks ages 12+, includes ADHD and autism testing as well as learning disability testing (math/reading/writing).
ADHD Testing (for Adults (18+) without Learning Disability Concerns):
We additionally offer testing for ADHD only for individuals not seeking clarification around autism. Cost: $1,650
This includes a brief cognitive screening and information on differential diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, depression). This option is not ideal for children given that learning disorder assessment is important during the grade school years.
Immigration Psychological Evaluation:
I also provide psychological evaluation to support immigration filings. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to strengthen your USCIS application.
